We proudly stand behind the quality brand names and fine jewelry that we sell. If you are unhappy with any item you have ordered over the internet or by phone and received by mail, we will gladly take it back and refund you the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of our invoice, excluding shipping & handling charges. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Any item that has been sized, custom engraved or modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.

Returning a Purchase
To return an item to Oro Diamante, please print out a Merchandise Return Form, fill in all of the information as best you can, and enclose the completed form in the box with the item(s) to be returned. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-635-7950 and inform them of the return.

For your protection, please send all returns via insured mail or courier.

If you are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, call our Customer Service department toll free at 1-800-635-7950 for assistance and re-imbursement of shipping charges.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please make sure to print a Merchandise Return Form. Please complete the form in its entirety and include it with the items to be returned. When gift items are returned, we will credit the original purchaser's credit card or alternatively issue a store credit for use in the future. Crediting Your Returns
Upon receipt of your return item and verification of the same, we will issue a credit to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for items shipped back to be received by us. This is normal for items shipped to St. Maarten from most places.

Merchandise Quality Guarantee
Your purchase from Oro Diamante is a quality piece of jewelry manufactured with the utmost skill & care using modern manufacturing techniques and is sold with an unconditional guarantee. We will repair, replace or refund any piece of jewelry that is found to be defective within one year from the date of purchase. Damage resulting from misuse, lack of care or an accident and the effects of normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. Watches purchased from us are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. A copy of these warranties will be provided upon request.

Service Centers
We maintain three service centers in the Continental US to service any problems our customers have with jewelry purchased from us. If you have a problem with an item purchase from us, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-635-7950 and they will advise you on what steps to take to get your jewelry repaired.
